About the Role
We're looking for an experienced and proactive HR Administrator to join our growing People team.

This position is ideally suited to an experienced HR Administrator looking to take the next step in their HR career.
Alongside responsibility for core HR administration, the role offers exposure to a broad range of people-related matters and a clear development pathway towards an HR Advisor position.
Working closely with the Head of HR, you will support the delivery of an efficient and professional HR service, ensuring employee records, documentation, and HR processes are managed accurately and within agreed timescales.
As your knowledge, confidence, and capability develop, you will gradually take on greater responsibility for providing first-line advice to managers and supporting employee relations matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and efficient HR administration across the full employee lifecycle, including new starters, contractual changes, and leavers.
- Prepare contracts of employment, offer letters, HR correspondence, and other employee documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records within the HRIS, ensuring confidentiality and data protection requirements are met.
- Complete Right to Work checks and other required pre-employment screening activities.
- Monitor probation periods, absence records, and other key HR milestones, ensuring appropriate actions and documentation are completed.
- Support employee relations matters including absence, probation, performance management, disciplinary, and grievance processes. xgikmsk
