The Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to support the growth of the business by identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities.
This role is responsible for proactively engaging with prospective customers, generating high-quality appointments and leads for the sales team, and helping to build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and research prospective business customers across target sectors.
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns, social selling and other prospecting activities.
- Qualify leads against agreed criteria and assess potential customer needs.
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Secure appointments and introductions for Business Development Managers and Account Managers.
- Customer Engagement
- Act as the first point of contact for prospective customers.
- Build rapport with key decision-makers and influencers.
