Breakdown Controller in Okehampton

ITDN is an established and well known provider of tyre breakdown call management services. From our purpose built offices we handle over 120,000 tyre related incidents per year, operating 24/7. We work with many major tyre manufacturers to offer call handling facilities for them in addition to our ITDN tyre breakdown network.

We are currently looking to employ a breakdown controller to join the evening shift Mon-Fri 13.30pm-22.00pm (20min paid break).

Experience in customer service is not necessarily required but we do need you to be a team player and willing to learn, keyboard skills are also helpful. There is no selling in this role, you are taking down details, deploying a fitter and managing the breakdown through the process. You will undertake a full training course with us before you are left to work independently.
