Independent Society of Musicians (ISM) in Central London is seeking a highly experienced Compliance Officer to work closely with the Chief Executive across safeguarding, governance, GDPR and risk management.
You will draft contracts, procedures and HR documents such as the staff handbook, prepare Board papers, draft and circulate Board minutes, and act as the Designated Safeguarding Person. The role is hybrid, 35 hours per week, based in Bayswater with three days in the office.
