ISFA is seeking an enthusiastic and committed coach to join our U13 Boys' Regional Programme for the 2026/27 season. Ideally you will be a current teacher at one of our member schools in the South West of England. This voluntary role will involve assisting the U13 Boys' South West Head Coach with the trial process, beginning in Autumn 2026, to select a squad that will represent the region at the prestigious U13 National Festival.
Important: Attendance at the full three-day festival is an essential requirement of the role. Applications will only be considered from candidates who are available on these dates.
About the Festival: Now in its second decade, the ISFA U13 National Festival has become the premier representative football event for independent schools across England. The festival brings together the very best young players from eight regional squads, competing over three days in a highly competitive and professionally organised environment. The event is widely regarded as the highlight of the junior representative football calendar and provides a unique opportunity for talented players to showcase their ability against the strongest opposition from around the country. At the conclusion of the festival, a number of players will be selected to represent the ISFA England U14 squad, making this a significant pathway event within independent schools' football.

- Be a staff member at one of our member schools
- FA Enhanced DBS Check
- FA First Aid in Football (FAIF) - desirable
