We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic residential boarding assistant to join the boarding team at Tettenhall College for a September 2026 start.
Description
The College is looking to appoint a caring, positive and reliable residential boarding assistant, with a good sense of humour, enthusiasm and willingness to get involved in the life of a vibrant boarding school.
You will need to have experience of working, teaching, coaching or supporting young people.
Responsibilities
- Work with flexibility, stamina, and adaptability, and willingness to undertake extra duties when required.
- Take initiative and work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Serve as an excellent role model for students.
Qualifications
- Educated to degree level or have qualifications relevant to the role.
- Excellent communication skills with parents and within the boarding team.
