We are looking to recruit an outstanding, experienced and inspiring Principal Accompanist and Music Class Teacher to join our successful music department. This is a pivotal role combining high‑level music accompaniment with class music teaching responsibilities, supporting the artistic development of our students and contributing to the overall quality and ethos of the School. Initially the role is for a fixed‑term contract of one year. The post holder will report directly to the Director of Music. This is a part‑time position (50% FTE), working across 3–4 days a week.
Responsibilities
- Provide high‑level music accompaniment for performances and ensembles.
- Teach music classes to students of varying ages and skill levels.
- Support the music department with administration in planning and organising music exams.
- Report directly to the Director of Music.
