The Independent Schools Association (ISA) is seeking a dedicated individual to support learners in Key Stage 3 and 4 with additional needs such as Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and Anxiety. This role focuses on helping students access the curriculum effectively.

You will work within the LEAPS Team, developing a deep understanding of learners' profiles and supporting their academic, organizational, and emotional growth. Building trust and fostering positive relationships will be key to your success.
