The role involves joining our client's Financial Planning team, based in the Yeovil/Weymouth offices, covering this geographical area. The focus will be on managing a portfolio of clients and advising them holistically across all areas. The position is supported by a team of Paraplanners and Sales Support Administrators, allowing you to concentrate on the advice process.
We are looking for you to develop strong relationships with our accountancy partners and other professional connections to bring new clients on board.
What we need from you:
- A commercial focus, with experience in a fee-based environment and working amongst professional connections.
- Chartered status or status achievable within 12-18 months, along with the attainment of additional specialist qualifications.
- A love of networking to develop the business and team.
- Professionalism, ideally with experience in building relationships with introducers both inside and outside of the firm.
- Presentation and public speaking skills.
- Experience using Intelligent Office (IO) client database/back office and paperless office systems.
- The ability to deal with e-commerce and paperless technology.
