Overview
My client is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Financial Advisor to join their team in the United Kingdom. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert financial advice to clients, managing and growing their portfolios, and contributing to the overall success of the financial services division.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial assessments for clients to understand their needs, goals, and risk tolerance.
- Provide tailored financial advice and recommend suitable investment strategies, products, and services.
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Develop a deep understanding of financial markets, products, and industry trends to stay informed and offer informed advice.
- Utilize a combination of warm leads, cold leads, and Self-Generated Market Fund (SMF) leads to maximize client acquisition.
- Effectively communicate complex financial concepts to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve overall business objectives and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Keep abreast of industry regulations and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Financial Advisor in the UK financial market.
- Strong understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and market trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Existing client portfolio or ability to build and maintain one.
Remuneration
- 25% fee split on warm leads.
- 35% fee split on cold leads.
- 10% fee split on Self-Generated Market Fund (SMF) leads.
- OTE of £100,000 and above.
Additional Information
- Bank of clients will be provided.
- Opportunities for enhanced commission splits on Self-Generated Market Fund (SMF) leads when bringing in own clients.
