Our T1/T2 client requires a Permanent Quality Engineer for a high value, niche component project to be based at a facility in North Oxfordshire, UK. The client is a manufacturer of high end, luxury level vehicle vision systems to include cameras and mirrors and they are looking to establish and develop a UK based engineering and design team.

The successful candidate will be expected to have 5 to 7 years of relevant Automotive OEM or T1 automotive experience, any experience of the luxury automotive industry would be beneficial.

In depth experience in ISO:9001 in an automotive environment is essential, experience of IATF16949 is desirable.

The candidates will be expected to have the following experience:

  • 5-7 years of relevant Automotive exteriors / mirrors / camera / vision systems quality experience at OEM or Tier 1 supplier level.
  • Excellent supplier / customer liaison skills.
  • Quality tools expert (MSA, 8D, FMEA, Control Plan, etc.).
  • Expert knowledge of ISO 9001 is essential, experience of IATF 16949 would be preferred.
