We are seeking a results-driven Sales Accounts & Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by managing key customer accounts while identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities. This role blends strategic account management with proactive business development, requiring a strong commercial mindset, relationship-building expertise, and disciplined pipeline execution. You will be responsible for expanding existing client relationships, acquiring new clients, and delivering measurable sales performance aligned with company growth objectives.
Your primary focus is to analyse, audit and support the Owner by protecting the Brand and making their business more profitable. Analysis of data of a pre-assigned patch & area ensuring all company goals are pushed above target and new tools learnt & implemented.
Account Management- Own and grow a portfolio of key customer accounts
- Build senior-level relationships with client stakeholders
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities
- Ensure high customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities and target clients
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing
- Maintain a healthy and accurate sales pipeline
- Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and networking forums
- Develop account plans and territory plans
- Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align offerings with market needs
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Coordinate with operations, finance, and service teams for smooth onboarding and delivery

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
