We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day running of the office. This role combines administrative responsibilities with front-of-house reception duties, requiring excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and a professional approach when interacting with clients and colleagues.

The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing and distributing highly confidential client documentation, ensuring accuracy and consistency, while also providing general administrative support to the wider team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proofread and distribute highly confidential proposals and reports to external clients with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain the reception mailbox and manage vendor relationships
  • Restock stationery and kitchen supplies
  • Answer and direct incoming calls and enquiries
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for staff, including transport and accommodation bookings and preparing expense reports
  • Support the general organisation and smooth running of the office environment
  • Organise internal and external events (social and corporate)
  • Assist with general administrative tasks to support the team

Remuneration and Benefits

SALARY: £13 – £13.50 per hour dependent upon relevant experience
