We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day running of the office. This role combines administrative responsibilities with front-of-house reception duties, requiring excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and a professional approach when interacting with clients and colleagues.
The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing and distributing highly confidential client documentation, ensuring accuracy and consistency, while also providing general administrative support to the wider team.
Key Responsibilities- Proofread and distribute highly confidential proposals and reports to external clients with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain the reception mailbox and manage vendor relationships
- Restock stationery and kitchen supplies
- Answer and direct incoming calls and enquiries
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff, including transport and accommodation bookings and preparing expense reports
- Support the general organisation and smooth running of the office environment
- Organise internal and external events (social and corporate)
- Assist with general administrative tasks to support the team
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
- Competence with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Professional and approachable manner

SALARY: £13 – £13.50 per hour dependent upon relevant experience
