The Project Analyst Role

IPA Project Analysts meet with clients in person to collect project data and discover areas of risk. After analysing those data using our proprietary models, the Project Analyst delivers the results in reports and presentations to provide insights and recommendations. As Project Analysts advance within IPA, the role expands to client engagement leadership, system diagnosis and consulting, training and workshop facilitation, and project data analysis and research. The role focuses on the industrial world, assessing projects and projects systems in different sectors. The role has potential to become a trusted advisor in your specialization in Industry. The Project Analyst will lead evaluations, working with some of the largest and most influential companies in the world to improve the effectiveness of their capital projects.

Education and Experience

  • An advanced degree in economics, engineering, science, or related fields
  • 2+ years of professional industry experience or equivalent (finance and IT analysts need not apply)

Location and Travel

Candidates must be willing to relocate within commuting distance of IPA’s Reading, UK office. This position is work from office with up to 30 percent travel, including international travel. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK (may consider visa sponsorship for eligible candidates).
