About the role
IPN\βs Receptionists provide a high standard of customer service and administration to patients and Doctors. Supporting the successful running of the centre the role includes:
- Greeting patients, answering telephone calls, patient triage and booking patient appointments
- Document scanning and email management
- Patient billing and payment collection
- Working as part of a team supporting the Practice Manager
Skills & experience
Medical receptionist experience (preferred)
Strong proficiency in, or ability to quickly pick up document scanning processes.
Ability to develop quality working relationships and work in a busy team environment
Exceptional customer service, data entry and communication skills
Proven multi-tasking, problem solving and time management skills
Experience using Best Practice or other practice management software (highly desirable but not essential)
A high proficiency in scanning, allocating and emailing essential.
