We are looking for a qualified Audiologist / RHAD who is passionate about making a real difference to the lives of our customers.

You will be working as part of a multi-clinical team covering our branches in Maldon, Rayleigh and Old Harlow. We also offer home visits to our clients. We can offer you top-of-the-range testing equipment and the latest hearing aids to provide the best clinical service to your patients. As an independent supplier, we have access to the full audiology market and we are able to support and provide our clients with a personalised service, selecting hearing aids without bias based on our client's unique needs.

Package

  • Generous basic salary of up to Β£45,000.00 DOE
  • Uncapped Commission (monthly and quarterly) with no minimum threshold, and high earning potential
  • Company Car OR Car Allowance of Β£3,000

Responsibilities

  • Administering hearing tests, assessing client needs and informing them of the options available to them.
  • Providing an aftercare service in line with the company policy aftercare programme.
  • Wax removal
  • Hearing protection.
  • Managing the clinic with the support of a practice team.
  • Ensuring that the team provide a professional, courteous and high-quality service.
  • Delivering exceptional service.
  • Act as a role Ambassador for the company by developing and maintaining strong relationships with various stakeholders including colleagues, local community and other clinicians.
