Iris Care Group are recruiting for an experienced staff Nurse to join their team in St Peters Hospital. St Peter's Hospital in Newport, South Wales provides specialist treatment and nursing care that focuses on delivering positive outcomes for our patients, their families and our commissioners. The design of St Peter's Hospital incorporates many dementia and ABI friendly features, and the hospital has worked closely with The Dementia Services Development Centre, University of Stirling, to create an environment that is not only innovative and therapeutic but also encourages patient proactivity. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to take the next step in their career.
You will provide direction and be a role model to Nurses and support workers, facilitating best practice and outcomes for patient groups. You will work in a way that promotes dignity and respect to our service users and staff.
Responsibilities- To work in line with all organisational policies/procedures, values and beliefs and support the staff team to do the same.
