Overview

The Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability (RHN) are looking for a Speech and Language Technical Instructor to join their team. This role involves working across a range of specialist units including the Brain Injury Service, Neuro-behavioural Rehabilitation Unit, Ventilator Unit, Specialist Nursing Home and Huntington’s Disease Unit.

Responsibilities

  • The role will act as support practitioner to the speech and language therapy service as part of an interdisciplinary team.
  • Will be required to prepare and administer therapeutic programmes for communication and swallowing difficulties under the direction of qualified Speech and Language Therapists.
  • Will also provide support during the weekly FEES clinic.
