Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist looking for an opportunity to take the next step in your clinical leadership career?
Woodlands Neurological Rehabilitation Centre, part of Active Neuro, are looking for an experienced and passionate Lead Occupational Therapist to join their specialist multidisciplinary team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an Occupational Therapist with a strong background in neurorehabilitation to provide clinical leadership to the OT team, while continuing to deliver high-quality, evidence-based rehabilitation to patients with complex neurological needs.

You will have the opportunity to influence service development and strategy, support the development of junior therapists and students, and help shape best practice across the service.
Alongside your leadership responsibilities, you will maintain a clinical caseload and provide specialist occupational therapy assessment and intervention, helping patients regain as much functional ability and independence as possible.
If you are an experienced Occupational Therapist with a passion for neurorehabilitation and are ready to take on a genuine clinical leadership opportunity, Active Neuro would love to hear from you.
You will ideally have:
- HCPC registration.
- RCOT registration.

- Strong clinical reasoning, assessment and report-writing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The confidence to provide supervision, support and constructive challenge to colleagues.
