Circle Health Group is a leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics, performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country. The company has an opportunity for a Lead Clinical Psychologist to join their team of staff in the Psychology department. This is a part-time position for 24 hours per week; however, candidates seeking between 15 and 24 hours will also be considered. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.

Duties of this role include:

  • Provide strategic leadership for psychological services within the Rehabilitation Centre and across relevant pathways.
  • Act as the senior clinical psychology lead, ensuring safe, evidence-based, and patient-centred practice.
  • Contribute to hospital and corporate service planning, representing psychological services at senior management forums.
  • Lead on outcome measurement, performance indicators, and service development initiatives for psychology.
  • Deliver expert psychological assessment and intervention for patients with neurological, psychological, and physical health conditions.
  • Use advanced knowledge of neuropsychological, cognitive, behavioural, and systemic models to inform treatment.
