Deputy Team Leader
- Hours: An average of 25.5 hours per week
- Pay: £15.44 per hour for all waking hours (Monday to Sunday)
- £12.21 per hour for sleeping hours (National Living Wage for age 21+)
- Bank Holidays paid at 1.5x the applicable rate

Support Worker
- Hours: Part Time (between 12 and 24 hours per week) and Bank plus extra in School Holidays. Typical shifts include: Weekdays 3:30pm - 8pm, Monday to Sunday 8pm to 8am, waking and sleeping nights, weekends and school holidays 8am to 8pm.

Hi, I'm Tanya! I was born in 2009 and live at home with my mum, dad, and big brother. I love swimming, hydrotherapy, and being around people. I'm very sociable! I have Cerebral Palsy and use a wheelchair. I don't speak with words, but I use a communication folder and non-verbal cues to let you know what I need and how I feel. I'm PEG fed and supported 24/7 by a brilliant team of carers.
What I Need Help With
I'm looking for kind and committed Support Workers to join my team. You'll help me with everyday tasks, support me at home and out and about, and work alongside my Case Manager and Therapists to help me live my best life. I'd also like a Deputy Team Leader to assist the Team Leader with managing the care team and taking responsibility for managing the team in their absence.
