Hi, Im Tristan!

I was born in 2000 and live with complex physical, psychological, and communication needs due to an injury at birth. But thats just one part of my storyIm fun-loving, sociable, and I love getting outdoors, shopping, attending day services, and having a good laugh with my support team. Keeping things upbeat and engaging is really important to me.

Im looking forSupport Workersto join my care teampeople who are calm, proactive, and bring a sense of structure and fun to my day. Youll be helping me live life to the fullest, supporting me with daily activities, personal care, mobility, and social outings. I use a wheelchair and am gastrostomy fed, so confidence in these areas is essential.

Hours & Pay

  • Approx. 144 hours per 4-week cycle(avg. 36 hours/week)
  • Flexible shifts can be shared by more than one person
  • Bank hours available

Pay Rates:

  • Pay Rate 1: £13.23 per hour, Monday to Friday days and Waking nights
  • Pay Rate 2: £15.44 per hour, Weekend days
  • Pay Rate 3: £17.64 per hour, Bank Holidays
  • £NLW (Currently £12.21 p/h for age 21+), Weekday Sleeping Nights (11pm7am)
  • £NLW (Currently £12.21 p/h for age 21+) + £1, £13.21/hr Weekend Sleeping Nights (11pm7am)
  • £31.20 per shift On Standby

Driving & Travel

  • Youll need yourown carto get to work (rural location)
  • Youll also be drivingmy adapted automatic vehicle
  • Use of your own vehicle may be needed for training

Experience

Essential:

  • Experience supporting children/young adults with neuro disabilities

Desirable:

  • Qualifications or experience with severe disabilities

  • I live in afully adapted family homewith a separate carers entrance, room, and kitchen
  • We have avery friendly family dog(who does bark!)
