About the Role: I have Cerebral Palsy and I'm non-verbal, but I use eye gaze technology to communicate. I also receive all my food and fluids through a PEG, and full training will be provided for this. You'll be working in my family home and out in the community, helping me with all aspects of daily living, keeping track of medical supplies, and planning activities I enjoy. I would love to go to a music festival and concerts this year. I am an avid guitarist with support from my team. I am a bit of a practical joker with a great sense of humour. I require 2:1 care 24/7, so you'll always be working alongside another team member. You might even get to come on holiday with me!

A heads-up: I live with a cat, who lives in the main part of the house.
