Portland, Dorset Hours: 15 hours a week, these hours will be worked over 3 days, 5 hours per day. This will be planned in advance with Case Manager and Michael. Pay: ΓΒ£15.00 per hour, weekdays and ΓΒ£16.00 per hour, weekends and bank holidays.

Michael loves 'old bangers' and has been known to buy and sell them frequently! He loves tinkering with old cars and in the past, he enjoyed horse riding. Michael has Achondroplasia, which he has had from birth and an incomplete spinal cord Injury.
He finds that he has reduced mobility, stamina and is unable to climb stairs. He also has reduced motivation, initiation and needs support at times to reason through decisions that need to be made. He finds it difficult to establish a routine and get out of his property on a regular basis. He would like to get involved in hobbies and leisure of his choice at home and in the community and feel more independent.
