Location: Portland, Dorset

Days & Hours: 8-10 hours a week, these hours will be over 2 days 4-5 hours per day. This will be planned in advance with Case Manager and the client.

Pay: Β£15.00 per hour Monday - Friday

Driver required? Essential, would require business insurance (mileage will be paid)

Using Own Vehicle for work purposes? Yes, On duty and to attend trainings

Essential: Supporting adults with a disability and with reduced motivation

Desirable: Experience working with adults with disabilities and an interest in therapy

Family Pets: 2 dogs

This job will suit someone who is calm but very proactive and able to bring lots of enthusiasm to the role. Pay and Benefits:

  • 5.6 weeks annual leave pro rata

In order to promote continuity of our high care standards, you will be offered:

  • Induction
  • Relevant training opportunities (including The Care Certificate)
  • Regular clinical supervision/review meetings
  • On-going support from a dedicated Case Manager and HR department
