The predicted salary is between 13.23 - 13.23 £ per hour.
Location: New Alresford, Hampshire, SO24
Hours: Bank hours available. Typical shifts are: 8am-6pm and 6pm-8am of which 11pm-7am is a sleeping night shift.
Pay:
- Pay Rate 1: £13.23 per hour, Monday to Friday days and Waking nights
- Pay Rate 3: £17.64 per hour, Bank Holidays
- Pay Rate 4: £ National Living Wage Weekday sleeping nights
- Pay Rate 5: £ National Living Wage + £1 Weekend sleeping nights and away with client rate
- £31.20 on call per shift

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supporting young adults with neuro disabilities
- To provide safe, effective care and support in the home and out in the community
- To ensure that care given by the team is of high quality, safe and effective
- Calm, proactive and can bring a sense of fun to the day
- To follow a 24-hour posture management programme
- To manage medication and feeding regime
- To ensure that equipment/immediate home environment is kept tidy, organised, and in good order

- Proficient in PEG feed and medication administration.

- Previous experience of using specialist equipment along with IT equipment with disabled people.
- Basic knowledge of therapies, such as hydrotherapy.
- Previous experience of hoisting and use of specialist equipment with disabled people.
- Experience of carrying out physiotherapy and/or multi-sensory programmes.
