Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and accessible training both in person and online.
- Support learners to build their skills, knowledge and confidence.
- Develop and improve training materials and resources.
- Work with customers to create tailored training solutions.
- Monitor feedback and help ensure training remains relevant, effective and responsive to need.
- Support the smooth coordination and administration of training programmes.
Requirements
- A positive and enthusiastic approach to learning and development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A passion for supporting others to learn and grow.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Someone who enjoys working collaboratively and contributing new ideas.
- Experience of delivering training, coaching or facilitating learning is desirable.
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
- AET (Award in Education and Training), Train the Trainer qualification, or willingness to undertake training.
