We are seeking a reliable and supportive individual to assist a customer with establishing and maintaining independence and daily living skills. Support required includes:
- Encouraging and accompanying him with exercise away from home (walks/gym)
- Prompting with personal care, including the use of soap and deodorant during washing
- Prompting and encouragement to tidy and clean the home
- Support to engage in activities within the local community
- Encouragement to maintain independence and follow a regular daily routine
- Medication reminders to ensure medication is taken promptly
- Support with shopping and preparing meals
- Support with managing finances and building budgeting skills
This role would suit someone who is patient, encouraging, and committed to promoting independence while offering light prompting and practical support. Duties include:
