The role is to support a woman. The candidate should be a woman.
Hours per week: 6 hours per week, to be worked 2 hours x 3 mornings. Ideally 9.00am-11.00am, to be discussed. Flexibility on times/days required during school holidays.
Drivers licence required: Yes.
Own vehicle needed: Yes.
Hourly pay rate: Maximum of £25.00 per hour including mileage.

Additional Requirements
Non-smoker due to medical reasons. Must be a non-smoker with good personal hygiene due to mine and my son’s health needs. A driver with own car would be useful to support me with attending appointments, accessing the community and providing companionship. Ideally you should be a maximum of 15 minutes drive from my location. You will need to provide evidence of your self employed status including HMRC registration and public liability insurance.
Employment Conditions
All applicants must have the right to work in the UK and be willing to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service check if required. If you are successful in your application for this position, you will be either engaged directly or employed by the individual employer and not by Independent Lives. The role may be offered on an employed or self-employed basis, depending on the suitability and agreement with the employer. If the role is employed, you will be entitled to holiday pay and issued an employment contract.
