We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and proactive Personal Assistants/Support Workers to join a supportive home‑based team supporting a young autistic man in Uckfield. This role is to support a young autistic man who communicates using an AAC device. Patience, consistency, and a willingness to learn communication strategies are essential. No prior care experience is required — full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Work Details

  • Employment status: Employed.
  • Hours per week: 28 hours across 7 days.
  • Typical shifts:
    • Morning: 08:00 – 15:00
    • Evening: 15:00 – 22:00
  • Shift rota: Fair rolling rota with weekend duties shared equally across the team.
  • Additional hours may be available to cover annual leave and sickness.
  • Hourly pay rate: £15 per hour.
  • Driver's licence required: Yes.
  • Own vehicle required: Yes.
