We’re looking for a caring, upbeat and reliable male Personal Assistant to support our wonderful 15‑year‑old son. He’s full of personality—fun, cheeky, and loves to interact in his own unique way.

Location: Littlehampton

Employment Details:

  • Hours: 6 hours per week
  • Hourly pay: £12.71 plus mileage expenses at £0.45 per mile
  • Employment status: Employed (self‑employed option possible)
  • Driver’s licence required: Yes

Job Description:

This role is to support a child who is non‑verbal, autistic, and has learning difficulties. He communicates using sounds, basic signing, and a communication pad, and requires close supervision at all times. Keep him active, busy and engaged (swimming twice a week, dog walks, weekly shop, etc.). Support him with activities and outings, providing structure and encouragement. Assist with personal care (e.g., after swimming, dressing, occasional toileting support). Provide companionship and facilitate dressing and undressing.
