We\’re looking for a Community Support Companion to work alternative weekly hours, supporting an individual who loves arts and crafts, browsing charity shops, and relaxing with café trips.
This role offers flexible working days, with Week 1 at 10 hours (split into two 5-hour days) and Week 2 at 6 hours (two 3-hour days). You\’ll be providing gentle community support and light domestic tidying while helping create positive, engaging outings. Your support will sometimes involve accompanying a wheelchair user on longer days out, and full training will be required to ensure you feel confident supporting someone who experiences seizures.

Qualifications:
