Details

This role is to support a man with an acquired brain injury.

Conditions

• Drivers licence required: Yes
• Own vehicle needed: Yes
• Employment status: Employed
• Hours per week: Up to 16 hours per week
• Day shift: 8am-5pm (includes 30 minute unpaid break)
• Evenings: 5pm-10:30pm
• One weekend day shift every 4 weeks

Pay

• Hourly pay rate: £14.50 Days / £16.80 Nights

Duties

• We are looking for a kind and compassionate PA to work in a family home to support a 41 year old man with an acquired brain injury.
• Duties would include assisting him with personal care, hoisting, physiotherapy, PEG feed/medication and supporting him with getting out and about.
• Medication prompting/administering
• Personal grooming
• Moving and handling
• Other relevant duties as required
• Transportation
• Dressing / undressing
• Bathroom assistance

Additional requirements

• Non-smoker preferred or someone willing to refrain from smoking during working hours
