This role is to support a 66-year-old man requiring support with domestic tasks such as tidying/organising his flat, managing household paperwork and bills, prompting to reorder medication, reminding with personal care tasks, and accessing the community. He is a musician who enjoys jazz, reggae, and ska music, plays harmonica and guitar, enjoys walking, and uses a walking stick and an electric bicycle.
