Location: Haywards Heath

Schedule: Part time, 12 hours per week (possible 8–12 hours) between 10am and 8pm on varied shifts. Bank staff on a zero‑hour contract.

Compensation: Hourly pay rate: £14–15 per hour.

Role Overview: This role is to support a male with a high‑level injury. Duties include attending health appointments, meeting friends, studying online, attending sporting events or quiet days at home. The assistant will help with admin and correspondence, organise the diary, manage everyday technology (iPad and other devices) and perform care tasks such as manual handling, personal care and food preparation.
