I am a friendly young woman in my mid twenties and am looking for a friendly, reliable PA to support me with attending my hydrotherapy classes, some housework and getting to appointments.
I suffer from POTS am hypermobile and am Neurodivergent. I also have other ongoing issues with my mental health.
This is a rewarding role for the right person.
Duties include:
- Other relevant duties as required
- Housekeeping
- Transportation
- Support with undertaking hydrotherapy sessions-assisting me while in the pool and with the exercises.
An understanding of POTS and hypermobility is desirable, as well as a trauma informed approach.
- Experience in supporting with physiotherapy exercises also desirable.
