I am looking for friendly and reliable people to join my small team of Personal Assistants who help me live independently in my own home. There is a bank staff role to cover sickness and holidays, but additional hours may be available.

This is a rewarding role where you'll be supporting me with everyday domestic tasks and accompanying me to social and community activities that I enjoy.

Duties include:

  • Other relevant duties as required
  • Administration
  • Housekeeping
  • Shopping
  • Cooking
  • Transportation
  • Looking after pets
  • Personal Care
  • Assisting me to get up if I've fallen over
  • Accompany me when accessing social and leisure activities when required such as horse riding, bowling, exercise classes, to meet my friends or other hearing dog get-togethers
  • Accompanying me on walks with my hearing working dog, and clearing up after him when needed

Candidate qualities:

  • Respectful of the employer's privacy and confidentiality
  • Reliable with good timekeeping
  • Able to both follow instructions and work on own initiative
  • Hygienic, tidy and well organised
  • Fit and healthy to undertake the required duties
  • Patient and possess excellent interpersonal skillsMust be comfortable with pets
