Overview

As a Volunteer Patient Safety Partner (PSP), you will play an important role in helping Independent Health Group (IHG) deliver safer, more effective care. You will work alongside staff and patients to ensure that the patient voice is heard in decisions about safety and quality. This role involves attending meetings, contributing to discussions, and helping shape improvements in patient care. The role is suitable for all individuals with a broad interest in patient experience / safety.
