Facilities include a gym, swimming pool, spa facilities, exercise studios and our dedicated Reformer Pilates studio. It’s an exciting time to join us. We’ve got ambitious plans for the club and we’re looking for someone who wants to play a big part in what comes next. The Role: You’ll take the lead on the day-to-day running of Atrium Fitness, working with a great team and directly with the owners. We’re looking for someone who can bring together people, organisation and commercial drive. You’ll lead and develop the team, keep the club running brilliantly and help us deliver a fantastic experience for our members. There’s also a real opportunity to make a commercial impact, growing our membership, improving retention and helping us develop the Reformer Studio into an even bigger part of the business. The Person: This could be a brilliant next step for an ambitious Assistant Manager, Sales Manager, Membership Manager or an existing Club Manager looking for a new challenge. We are looking for the following: Proven management experience is essential. Experience within the fitness or leisure industry would be strongly preferred. A confident and positive people manager. Someone who is organised and good at delegating. Someone who has a commercial mindset and enjoys driving results. Someone who is comfortable with sales and working towards targets. Someone who is great with members and understands good customer service. Someone who takes ownership and gets things done. Energy, enthusiasm and ideas. What We Offer: £30,000 basic salary plus performance-related bonus - linked to membership growth, retention and the growth of the Reformer Pilates offering.
