Independent Forgings and Alloys are a growing company with significant investment on our manufacturing site in Sheffield over the next 3-5 years. This strategic investment will double our forging capacity through the introduction of advanced technologies and improving efficiency across the business

We are looking for a target driven Sales Executive to join our team. You will have worked in an engineering or manufacturing environment previously, ideally with experience from some of our sectors, Aerospace, Energy sectors, Defence or Oil and Gas.

Reporting into the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for both new business generation and account management across a range of clients. We can offer opportunities to grow and develop with the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generating business through the conversion of enquiries
  • Development of key accounts and building customer partnerships and relationships
  • Meeting departmental objectives and sales targets
  • Maintaining the highest level of customer service
  • Work to solve customer queries and offer solutions
  • Promoting the profile of IFA in the market place

Independent Forgings and Alloys (IFA) is one of Britains leading independent aerospace and industrial forgers. The unique feature about IFA is the combination of open and closed-die forging while also undertaking the whole production process from raw material to the finished product in one location. Based in Hillsborough, Sheffield, we manufacture high-integrity, open-die and closed-die forged components in nickel alloy, titanium, stainless steel and carbon alloys for customers and tier-one suppliers within the aerospace, nuclear, power generation, marine as well as oil and gas sector.
