• Supporting the Purchasing Manager withthe setup and development of a centralised procurement function,developing policies, procedures, and controls for the procurement lifecycle.

• Managing the purchase order process, including managing PO requisitionprocessand expeditingorders from suppliers

• Generating reports frompurchasingdata to allow business decisions

• Working alongside thesub contractcoordinator to manage andexpediate thesub contractrequirements

What do you need to succeed at IFA?

• You should enjoymaking improvements to the procurement systems.

• Get a buzz out of hitting our targets.

• You are likely to have some experienceatthis type of role previously.

• You will have greatorganisationaland IT skills

• You are likelyto be qualified to A level standard orsimilar
