Job Description Experienced Financial Planning Administrator \ N Location: Hillingdon \ N Salary: £40,000 \ N Job Type: Full-time, Permanent \ N Recruiter Opportunity \ N We are currently workingwith a well-established and highly regarded Independent Financial Planning firm in Hillingdon who are looking to recruit an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join their growing team. \ N This is an excellent opportunity for a professional and detail-oriented administrator with strong IFA experience who is looking to join a busy, client-focused environment offering stability and long-term career prospects. \ N The Role \ N You will provide comprehensive administrative support to Financial Advisers, ensuring the efficient processing of new and existing business while delivering a high standard of client service. \ N Key Responsibilities \ N \n Online processingof new business applications for retail clients across Pensions, Investments and Protection in a timely and compliant manner \ N Liaising with a wide range of product providers and platforms \ N Ongoing servicing and maintenance of existing client portfolios \ N Producing illustrationsand comparison quotations, including collating supporting literature and pre-populating applications \ N Processing Letters of Authority \ N Updating client portfolios for annual reviews and preparing review packs and reports \ N Managing adviser diaries, including scheduling and rescheduling appointments \ N Handling ad hoc administrative tasks to support the wider team \ N Occasionally meeting and greeting clients and visitors to the office \ N \n About You \ N \n Recent experienceworking as an IFA / Financial Planning Administrator is essential \ N Professional, articulate and well-presented \ N Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload \ N Excellent attention todetail with strong numeracy and accuracy skills \ N Confident communicatorwith good written and verbal communication \ N Ability to work both independently and as part of a team \ N Competent in IT systems, including Microsoft Office and Excel \ N \n What’s onOffer \ N \n Salary of £40,000 \ N Opportunity to join a supportive and professional financial planning firm \ N Stable, long-term career opportunity within a growing business \ N Positive team environment and modern office setting \ N
