Role Description
This is a hybrid role for an Independent Examiner. In this position, you will conduct independent examinations of charity accounts, ensure compliance with relevant financial guidelines, and prepare thorough reports for clients. Additionally, you will liaise with stakeholders, analyse financial statements, and provide clear insights to help charities maintain high standards of accountability.
Qualifications
- Level 4 AAT (Diploma in Professional Accounting) or above
- Experienced in conducting independent examinations and/or an interest in the charity sector
- Proficiency in financial analysis and preparation of financial reports.
- Understanding of charity accounting principles and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail, along with solid organisational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid working environment.
