Role Description –

Bring the magic of the season to life We\’re looking for an experienced Event Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our festive children\’s immersive maze experience. This exciting, fast-paced role is perfect for someone who thrives under pressure, loves creating memorable moments for families, and can lead a vibrant team with confidence and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the smooth daily operation of the immersive maze experience.

Lead and support a team of 5 talented performers, ensuring excellent guest engagement and smooth show flow.

Manage front-of-house operations, including queue management, ticketing, and guest experience.

Use and monitor our online booking system to manage guest flow and capacity.

Handle live updates and guest communication via Facebook and other social channels.

Maintain excellent radio communication and coordinate effectively with team members throughout the event.

Troubleshoot issues calmly and efficiently, ensuring a magical and safe experience for all visitors.

Deliver outstanding customer service with a warm, professional manner.

About You:

Proven event management experience in a family, entertainment, or live performance setting.

Confident in front-facing, guest-facing roles with strong interpersonal skills.

Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities.

Experienced in team leadership, especially managing performers or event staff.

Comfortable using online booking/ticketing systems and managing social media (especially Facebook).

Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

Confident communicator.
