We’re excited to offer a dynamic opportunity for an experienced Early Careers/University Recruiter to join our EMEA Talent Acquisition team at Cushman & Wakefield. This role sits within our Global Early in Careers (EIC) Talent Acquisition function, supporting strategic hiring across multiple business areas and service lines throughout EMEA.
Role Purpose
You’ll report directly to the Director of Specialty Talent Segments (based in the US) and collaborate closely with senior business leaders to shape, implement, and continuously improve our Early Careers recruitment strategy across Europe. This includes designing impactful programs for Interns, Apprentices, and Graduates—both cyclical and ad hoc. This is a highly collaborative role, working cross‑functionally with HR, Talent Acquisition Operations, and senior stakeholders to deliver best‑in‑class recruitment experiences. You’ll bring curiosity, data‑driven insight, and a proactive mindset to identify opportunities and add value at every stage of the hiring journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop tailored resourcing strategies for current and future talent pipelines
- Design and execute sourcing strategies to attract diverse early career talent across EMEA
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and strong stakeholder engagement
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Early Careers recruitment, offering innovative and cost‑effective solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with universities and educational institutions; plan and host events both on‑campus and in‑office to strengthen our employer brand
- Use data and insights to inform decision‑making and continuously improve recruitment performance
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to align on best practices and ensure consistency across programs
Knowledge & Experience
- You speak French, Dutch, and English fluently.
- Proven experience managing high‑volume and niche early careers recruitment campaigns
- Strong background in professional services or similar fast‑paced environments
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and academic institutions
- Hands‑on, pragmatic approach to recruitment with a focus on delivering results
- Personable, engaging, and confident in influencing at all levels of the organization
