The Strategic Portfolio Advisor supports enterprise and Business Unit real estate strategy by translating portfolio data, metrics, and scenarios into actionable insights and recommendations. This role focuses on portfolio impact, BU and Enterprise engagement, and strategic initiatives, complementing the BI Lead with higher-order analysis and decision support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development of portfolio scenarios and trade-off analyses (e.g., invest vs. divest, consolidate vs. grow)
- Support Business Case development for engaging with Business Units and Enterprise to present real-estate options
- Partner with BI Lead through dashboards to assess portfolio impact, risk, value, and timing
- Develop and define portfolio metrics and decision frameworks to identify risks and opportunities in portfolio data
- Prepare decision-ready materials for the Enterprise Portfolio Reviews
- Support the coordination and execution of strategic initiatives as developed across the account services
