We are seeking to recruit a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Support Officer to be part of the newly established Independent Commission for Reconciliation and Information Recovery (ICRIR). Reporting to the Resourcing Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process from start to finish. You will help us successfully deliver both partial and end-to-end resourcing campaigns, including volume resourcing campaigns, rolling campaigns and ad-hoc projects to support business needs. You will help deliver effective resourcing solutions for our new and fast-developing organisation. This role also plays a key part in monitoring and supporting the organisation’s commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) in recruitment practices. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious HR professional to develop their career and gain a wide experience of recruitment and resourcing a new organisation.
