About The Role
We are recruiting a Learning Manager with the following skills and qualifications:
- CPD and accreditation processes; governance and accountability requirements.
- Ability to design trauma‑informed and ethically grounded learning solutions.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Demonstrate the values set out in the ICRIR Code of Conduct.
- Willingness to undergo SC security vetting if not already in place.
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience in justice, policing, investigations, ombudsman, or human rights sectors.
- Understanding of the Northern Ireland legacy context and Troubles‑related work.
- Knowledge of investigative standards, legal processes, or evidential requirements.
- Experience working with external accrediting bodies or regulators.
- Experience delivering trauma‑informed or wellbeing‑focused learning programmes.
- Experience supporting organisational learning from case reviews or investigations.
