Edinburgh International Film Festival is seeking a Guest Drivers Assistant to assist with the coordination of all ground transfers for Festival guests.
Role details
- Working 5 days a week by agreement within standard office hours of 9.30 to 17:30, Monday to Friday.

Role Responsibilities
Working within the Guest Services team, the Guest Drivers Assistant will assist with the coordination of all ground transfers for Festival guests. Under the instruction of the Guest Drivers Coordinator, this will involve close communication with all members of the Guest Services team, as well as liaising with key stakeholders including filmmakers, talent agents, distributors, publicists, sales agents and sponsors. The role will support creating daily transport grids, producing driver job sheets, coordinating car arrivals and departures at Festival venues, booking taxis and monitoring taxi spend, scheduling car battery charging, and managing drivers’ Petty Cash.
The Guest Drivers Assistant sits within the Guest Services team, including Guest Services Manager, Guest Services Coordinators, Registrations Coordinator, Registrations Assistant, Hospitality Coordinator, Hospitality Assistant, Guest Drivers Coordinator and Guest Drivers.
