Job Description Paraplanner \ N Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum \ N Location: Wilmslow - Hybrid, 3 days office / 2 days WFH \ N Qualification: Level 4 Diploma required \ N About the Role \ N We are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Paraplanner to join a growing financial planning business. \ N This is an excellent opportunity for a Diploma-qualified Paraplanner who enjoys working on complex cases, producing high-quality technical reports and contributing to a collaborative team environment. \ N Working closely with advisers, paraplanners, administrators and compliance, you will play a key role in ensuring advice is technically accurate, compliant and focused on delivering excellent client outcomes. \ N Key Responsibilities \ N \n Undertake detailed research and analysis to formulate appropriate financial planning advice. \ N Prepare accurate, compliant and client-focused suitability reports and letters. \ N Provide technical support across investments, pensions, inheritance tax, tax-efficient investments, trusts and protection. \ N Prepare cash flow planning forecasts and supporting analysis. \ N Provide technical research and guidance to advisers and management. \ N Work collaboratively with advisers and administrators to ensure smooth delivery of client cases. \ N Support the Head of Department, Directors and management as required. \ N Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of paraplanning processes and procedures. \ N Embed feedback, changeand best practice across the team. \ N Work closely with the Compliance team to ensure client files and advice meet FCA standards. \ N Keep up to date with legislative, regulatory and industry developments affecting clients and the business. \ N Manage multiple cases and priorities effectively while maintaining a high standard of accuracy. \ N \n About You \ N You will be an experienced Paraplanner with strong technical knowledge and a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality financial advice. \ N Essential experience and skills: \ N \n Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, or equivalent. \ N Proven experience working as a Paraplanner. \ N Experience within a financial advice or wealth management environment. \ N Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, tax planning and protection. \ N Excellent suitability report writing skills. \ N Strong understanding ofFCA regulations and advice standards. \ N Exceptional attention to detail and technical accuracy. \ N Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. \ N Excellent written and verbal communication skills. \ N Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment. \ N A collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across advice, administration and compliance teams. \ N \n What's onOffer? \ N \n Salary upto £45,000 \ N Hybrid working, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home \ N Opportunity to join a growing and collaborative financial planning environment. \ N Exposure to complex andvaried financial planning cases. \ N The opportunity to contribute to improving processes and advice standards. \ N Excellent scope for professional development and career progression. \ N \n If you're a Diploma-qualified Paraplanner looking for your next opportunity where your technical expertise and contribution can make a real difference, we'd love to hear from you. \ N Please note: we can only consider candidates who offer the relevant experience as outlined in the advert \ N Due to a high volume of applications, if your CV does not reflect the essential requirements, or you answer ‘no’ to key screening questions, we may not be able to contact you. \ N NJR16942
